Phase-based Operational Plan and Participation Guide for the ‘AI Quant Bot’

1. Overview
The OMG World Foundation Management Committee (Texas, USA; hereinafter “the Foundation”) is launching the ‘AI Quant Bot’ project to enhance the KOA-DeFi ecosystem and verify the efficiency of algorithmic asset management. This project focuses on a specialized Yield Farming strategy integrated with the Aave Protocol.

To ensure technical stability, the project will be conducted in two stages: [Phase 1: Pilot Program] and [Phase 2: Official Service]. KODABS BANK serves as the official technical partner, providing solution integration and support.

 

2. [Phase 1] Pilot Program Participation (Alpha-Test)

• Registration Period: April 30, 2026 – May 06, 2026 (Limited to the first 500 participants)

• Operational Period: April 30, 2026 – July 29, 2026 (Approx. 3 months)

• Eligibility: USDC holders who wish to participate in the technical verification of the ecosystem.

• How to Participate: Exchange USDC for KQ (Fixed value at 1 KQ = 100 USD) via the KOA-DeFi platform.

• Participation Limit: Minimum 10 KQ – Maximum 100 KQ per participant.

3. [Phase 2] Official Service Launch
Following a successful and stable conclusion of the Pilot Program, the project will transition to Official Service after a formal ‘AI Quant Bot Launching Ceremony.’

• Eligibility: Existing or new holders of KOA or MetaHint.

  • Existing Members: Current holders of KOA or MetaHint.

  • New Members: Individuals who acquire assets through designated exchanges (Jupiter for KOA / GOPAX for MetaHint).

•  Participation Method: Exchange held KOA or MetaHint for KQ (Fixed value at 1 KQ = 100 USD) via the KOA-DeFi platform.

•  Value Valuation Principle: Assets will be exchanged based on the market value at the time of official transition (referenced from Jupiter/GOPAX), ensuring an equivalent value exchange with the KQ base price ($100).

 

4. Core Operational Strategy

• Strategy Model: AI-driven concentrated Yield Farming integrated with the Aave Protocol.

• Objective: Optimization of asset management efficiency and on-chain revenue path verification through real-time data analysis.

 

5. Legal Disclaimer

• No Guarantee of Returns: This project is intended to verify technical performance. It does not guarantee specific profit rates or the preservation of the principal.
