Beyond the obvious to find innovative ways of solving existing and future challenges.
DFC Introduction

I. DFC Introduction
1. Vision & Mission
The DFC Project is building a new digital asset ecosystem and portfolio within the decentralized finance (DeFi) paradigm. It achieves high profitability through yield farming by depositing KoPie tokens into DeFi liquidity pools and enabling loans by collateralizing DFC and KoPie tokens.
KOA serves as a trusted utility coin for investors and users worldwide, functioning as the central coin of the Koa DeFi platform. By expanding into an ecosystem based on Real World Assets (RWA), where digital assets are directly linked to tangible assets, KOA aims to bridge the gap between global digital finance and the real economy.
2. KOA Exclusive Web3 Wallet
A Web3 wallet is a digital tool that allows users to store, send, and receive tokens while interacting with decentralized applications (dApps) across various blockchains. Unlike traditional wallets that only store coins, Web3 wallets allow direct interaction with blockchains, transaction signing, and DeFi participation.
The KOA-exclusive Web3 Wallet, modeled after Trust Wallet, serves as a container for tokens that also enables token exchange and trading. It supports KOA, KoPie, ETH, BNB, SOL, USDT, USDC, and HKDP (a planned Hong Kong-issued stablecoin), all of which can be stored, exchanged, and traded within the wallet.
3. Global Digital Asset Market Background
As of 2024, the global DeFi market size has reached approximately USD 80 billion and is projected to grow to over USD 1 trillion by 2030. The tokenization of Real World Assets (RWA) is regarded as the next growth engine of the blockchain industry, increasingly embraced by financial institutions and regulators alike.
Hong Kong and Japan, as Asia’s leading financial hubs, are implementing comprehensive crypto regulations and issuing official licenses, positioning themselves as global digital finance centers. Within this trend, the KOA Project aims to establish itself as a regulation-friendly token that can also link with real-world assets.
4. The Need for KOA
Traditional DeFi projects have often promised high yields but lacked reliability due to price volatility and risk exposure. KOA addresses these shortcomings by placing risk-hedging strategies at its core. It is a new form of utility token that combines DeFi financial services, real-world business integration, and systematic risk management.
The KOA DeFi model resembles traditional bank deposits: just as banks collect customer deposits, issue loans, and pay interest, KOA enables users to deposit digital assets into the Koa DeFi liquidity pool and earn rewards in the form of KoPie tokens. The stability of these reward-driven interest yields underscores the necessity of KOA. Unlike banks, which are operated by centralized institutions, KOA operates through a decentralized finance platform, empowering users to make their own investment decisions and pursue higher returns.
II. Project Overview
1. Definition of KOA
KOA stands for Kudos, Ok Asset. It is a BEP-20 based utility and exchange coin. KOA also plans to function as a global settlement token, backed by guarantees linked to HKDP (HKD + Plutus), a Hong Kong dollar-based stablecoin.
2. Issuing Foundation
The issuing foundation is named OMG WORLD FOUNDATION, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, USA. Its primary role is managing issued tokens and operating KOA BANK, which holds licenses for blockchain-based coin/dollar foreign exchange, remittance, and trade finance.
3. Marketing & Promotion Entity
Marketing and promotion are led by Kodabs Bank, headquartered in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea. Its key role is building global communities, marketing, and networking operations.
4. Token Supply
♦ Total supply: 10,000,000,000 KOA (10 billion)
♦ Controlled initial circulation with gradual release to ensure stability
♦ Allocation: Foundation 20%, Marketing Entity 20%, Contributors 20%, R&D 10%, Public Sale 30%
5. Exchange Listing Plans
♦ Currently listed: BingX
♦ Planned listing applications (Sept 2025~2026): Binance, Coinbase, Crypto.com
6. Reward Token -KoPie
Yield farming and collateralized lending are facilitated through Koa DeFi, rewarding participants with KoPie tokens (Kudos, Ok Pie). KoPie is a Solana-based reward token used within the Web3 Wallet embedded with Koa DeFi.
♦ Planned listing: GOPAX by September 2025
♦ Total supply: 10,000,000,000 KoPie
♦ Issue price: USD 0.01
III. Business Model
1. Yield Farming in DeFi
The KOA Project’s core revenue model is yield farming via DeFi liquidity pools:
-
Users purchase KOA tokens using USDT (or USDC).
-
KOA holders swap KOA for KoPie (reward tokens) within the Web3 Wallet (with Koa DeFi embedded).
-
KoPie holders deposit KoPie into the liquidity pool within the Web3 Wallet.
-
Interest is rewarded in additional KoPie tokens.
Deposit interest: USD 0.03 per KoPie per day (0.03%), paid in KoPie.
Maturity periods: 3, 6, 9, 12 months. At maturity, users can withdraw their initial KoPie and earned KoPie interest as cash via listed exchanges. Users can also reinvest rewards for compound high-yield returns.
2. Linked Businesses
♦ HKDP Stablecoin Project: Equity participation in a Korea-Hong Kong joint stablecoin issuance project licensed by the Hong Kong government. KOA will be used as a settlement token.
♦ Hong Kong Art Gallery & Auction Project: Investment participation in “Hesperides” (premium gallery) and “The Peak Auction” (art, luxury, jewelry auctions). KOA, paired with HKDP, will be used as settlement for high-value assets.
♦ e-Sports Horse Racing Project: Joint venture with Japan’s DRECOM. KOA will be exchangeable for game NFTs used in e-Sports horse racing.
♦ ALAI Global Chain Hospitals: KOA will be integrated with the American Laser & Aesthetics Institute (ALAI) international hospital network as a healthcare settlement token.
♦ Asia Capital Lending JV: Joint venture with Asia Capital (Korea) to provide secured lending against assets such as real estate, cars, luxury watches, and jewelry.
3. Expected Outcomes
♦ DeFi Yield Farming: Continuous high-yield structures, plus trade finance (e.g., KOA replacing L/C with HKDP guarantees).
♦ Four-Pillar Linked Business Model:
1. Stablecoin (HKDP) integration → Stable finance income
2. Art & auction markets → Asset diversification
3. e-Sports horse racing → Entry into high-growth gaming industry
4. Healthcare settlements → Leadership in real-world adoption
5. Lending with Asia Capital → Stable, high-return credit business
IV. Risk Management
1. Overview
KOA acknowledges the inherent risks of DeFi. Instead of ignoring them, KOA implements systematic hedging strategies to minimize market volatility and technical risks, ensuring stable profitability.
2. Risk Factors & Mitigation Strategies
♦ Market Volatility: Stablecoin pairing (USDT, USDC), diversified liquidity pools
♦ Liquidity Risk: Automated monitoring, external DeFi protocol integration
♦ Smart Contract & Security: Multi-party audits, DeFi insurance coverage
